How are high-power xenon lamps shipped?

Each lamp ships in its protective safety cover inside a foam-lined export carton, by express courier. Xenon short-arc lamps are pressurised even when cold, so keep the cover on until the lamp is installed and follow the safety page.

Safety: xenon short-arc lamps are under high internal pressure, hot or cold. Wear a face shield and protective clothing when handling, and keep the safety cover on until the lamp is mounted. Read the handling guide.

Part numbers and specifications are compiled from published manufacturer and distributor charts and are given for identification only. Always verify lamphouse compatibility before ordering. Lamps supplied by Kilowatt Lamps are compatible replacements and are not made by or affiliated with OSRAM.
